Bazar Poznański [Poznań Bazaar] is one of the most important symbols of the region. Ignacy Paderewski spoke 26 December 1918 from its windows. This speech turned to be an introduction to the outbreak of Wielkopolska Uprising – only won Polish nationality spurt. In the interwar period Bazar was famous for a luxury restaurant with a great variety of wines.
The restaurant located there draws on old traditions now. The master chief Robert Echaust serves Polish cuisine in a modern and elegant form. This place was highly rated in the Gault et Millau guide.
The car can be left in the near underground car park under Wolności Square.
